Dan was initially released as a Vineyard church planter in 1984, the "old days" of the Vineyard. Trinity Vineyard is his third church planting effort in the Chicago area and where he plans to pastor as long as he is able (unless God unexpectedly calls him elsewhere). He is committed to preaching and teaching the Word of God and doing the works of Jesus. Ann's heart is to love God and those He loves. She is an active participant in the children's ministry at Trinity Vineyard. Dan and Ann have five children and make their earthly home in Geneva.

He counsels people and builds up the community life of the church. Matthew, his wife Anita, and 5 children live in Geneva.
